I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time, however, I provide you a superbill for possible reimbursement. Please note that most insurance companies will not reimburse for neurofeedback. It is recommended you check with your provider.
This is not a complete list of what I can help you with.
Please call if you have questions.
My training has focused on integrating attachment-based and Family Systems Theory when working with children, women, and families. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is right for you. Here are some of the ways I can provide help:
Play Therapy
Play Therapy, a modality of child therapy, is a powerful tool for addressing cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges. It is based on the idea that children use play to communicate. Licensed professionals use play therapeutically to help clients better process their experiences and develop more effective strategies for managing their worlds.
Expressive Therapy
If you’re living with a condition like depression, anxiety, or recovering from trauma, you may have a hard time talking about how you feel. Expressive therapy through writing, drawing, painting, or other hands-on activities could provide a healing outlet.
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
Emotionally focused therapy (EFT) is a type of short-term (8-15 sessions) therapy that is used to improve attachment and bonding in adult relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a treatment that helps people learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions. This can improve emotional difficulties, and decrease depression, and anxiety.
